Our young talented and keen juniors should not be missed under any circumstances.We create the right climate & conditions for our young students to flower andf flourish.For us, these tiny tots are a breath of fresh air and fragrance which should spread to one & all.
To make the little buds in our garden flourish, the school has spared no efforts in providing the best facilities.The Nursery wing has seperate Nursery Library, Multimedia hall, Activity room, Disney Land(toy room),Swings, Splash pool etc.The junior wing has seperate facilities for the students of class I to V
 
Nursery Wing

This favourite toy room of tiny tots offers the ideal environment to play freely and imaginatively with his peer groups.The child learns to manipulate toys,develop social skills,leadership skills and most importantly, to enjoy group play.Stuffed toys,push vehicles,pull back toys, tent doll houses,casio,xylophones,nine pins and a host of child-friendly toys are available in the hall.
 
Activity Hall
   
Abuzz with excitement,children throng this room-full of wonder and enthusias,.A host of puzzles,board games,beads,playing dough,toys that develop skills and coordination;ability to draw inference,piece together information and develop a naturally inquiring mind and a good memory have been obtained for the tiny tots.Games that develop muscular coordination are also available.The room is a treasure trove of information and activity based learning.
Nursery Library
   
Children are tought early to develop a love for books and respect for knowledge.'Books are our friends!' is the motto of the nursery library equipped with colourful,illustrative and attractive books that include picture dictionaries,story books and others.
 
Water Splash
   
The splash pool is the place where children learn scientific concepts through water play.Sinking/floating,heavy/light,cold/warm,liquid/solid and other such concepts are taught while children frolic and splash around during the hot summer months.
Medical Room
Regular medical checkup is done each term and the children are told the importance of oral and personal hygiene. A trained and very dedicated nurse is available at all times to tend to te children in distress.
Multimedia Hall
   
In the multimedia hall children learn through educational CDs and a sophisticated technological tool called the Digital Class.Multimedia classes are full of interaction and exciting information that stimulate the child visually and give flight to his imagination.Occasional movies are also screened for kids.

Academics excellence is the keynote of our senio wing.Our aim is to provide in every senior student a reservoir of knowledge and information from which intelligence and learning will spring naturally.We need to plant the seed of values in our students further replenish this seed to grow into a healthy plant.

The aim of the school is to provide comprehensive quality education in order to develop various facets of the child's personality.The school takes pride in preparing children for life and inculcating in them values like teamwork, loyalty, a spirit of caring and sharing, an inquiring mind and a continuos endeavour for learning and self-improvement.
LAB
The school has well equipped and spacious science lab that are fitted with modern gadgets needed by children for experimentation.Here scientific attitude is developed along with ability to analyze,collate,compute, integrate and deduce.

Logic and reasoning are the skills that develop in these rooms that will go a long way in ensuring success in later life. We encourage experimentation and scientific thinking for he future progress of our children.We won't be wrong t say that we create the future scientists of the world in our lab
 
LIBRARY
   
The school has a well stocked senior library which makes our student intellecually strong and sound.The magic and love of books lure all books bind the dreams of mind and build strong edifices for the future.The library also subscribes to a large number of newspapers,journals,magazines and periodicals.It is periodically replenished.Here the students learn to love respect books

Students read out of love,leisue or pleasure.Through our library we inculcate the reading habit in the students and generate interest and awareness of multilingual array of books available.
SPORTS
   
Sports form an integral part of DAV Noida. Tremendous thrust is given to the physical development of the students. Various inter-school and inter-house competitions are organized to give full scope to the students to develop their budding talent.An indoor Games Hall,Gym,Yoga,centre and Table Tennis Hall are also available.

The school also has sufficient playgrounds for outdoor games like cricket,basketball,football,volleyball,Handball.Every year school wins many prizes in District,State and National level sport tournaments.Sports competitions and activities also help in developing the traits of sportsmanship and teamwork.
   
Computer Lab
   
Computer Lab is a place where children develop creativity through experiments on the computer and explore learning .We have fully equipped computer and multimedia lab with the latest computers functioning for children which help the children to become machine friendly and to use computer as a tool in learning and gaining information of any field.

Here we give training and hands on experience to the young minds for the latest technologies training like Flash,Visual basic,Oracle,Web designing etc. through softwares and tools so that our children can meet the challenging era of information technology.They learn to create presentations,do calculations,prepare graphics,movies and formatting of data.
ART Room

Another bastion of young artists, the art room has activities like painting,glass painting,pottery,clay modeling,etc.students are guided by the able hand of the art teacher who trains them well enough to keep the DAV Noida flaf flying high n the competitions.
   
Music Room

The life of all functions, the melodious music is created and practiced in the music room.The dedicated teachers are experts at spottig talents & grooming the children accordingly.Every year, the studnts win many a prize for the school.

House System
   
A house system is a place where by the senior school is divided into six houses-Tilak, Tagore , Azad , Nehru , Gandhi and Patel.Each house has a coordinator,wardens,captains,vide-captains and prefects.

Through their combined effirts the school runs in a disciplined and smooth manner.A number of interhouse competitions are held and a running trophy is given to the " Best house of the year".

 

 

Sports

The students enjoy sports facilities with great mirth,excitement and frenzy.The spirit of competition can be witnessed at its best.Multiple and Myriad sports facilities are provided by the school.Every studnt displays sports manship & competitive spirit with every essence of their energy to stay on the top.Our budding starts compete to outshine all others.

An indoor Games Hall,Gym,Yoga,centre and Table Tennis Hall are also available. Currently the school has senior and junior teams for Football, Cricket, Table Tennis and Badminton. The teams are given regular practice during the work experience periods. Their level of competitiveness is evident from the laurels they have brought to the school.
 

The school boasts of fields for Football, Hockey, Cricket, Handball, courts for Badminton and Volleyball and rooms for Chess and Table Tennis. A special coach from National Institute of Sports coaches the students in the art of Tae-Kwon-do. Table tennis players go for regular practice and coaching to the Table Tennis Academy in Sector 36, Noida.
 

The endeavour of our sports teachers is to prepare various competent teams to participate in CBSE and Mahatma Hansraj Tournaments as well as Tournaments at District, State and National levels. Bharat Scouts and Guides programme was also introduced in the school in May 2003. It is running successfully .

The school has applied to join the NCC and train its student cadets to be fearless citizens; responsible and dependable.

The senior library is spacious, well-ventilated and airy with comfortable furniture. The library caters to the need of everyone with its wide range of books. The library also subscribes to a large number of Newspapers, Journals, Magazines and Periodicals. Every year the library is replenished. Book fairs and exhibitions are also organised from time to time in the school premises.

Biology Lab

The abode of the doctors,engineers & architects of tomarrow has been a major platform in nourishing the interest & capabilities of future scientists.Our aim is at all round development of personality & creativity thinking to develop interest in the learners for further study of subject as a discipline.
